I’ve got messages In outbox but not sent. Am I doing something wrong?

does it say sent or "?" to the right of the message?

It says sent and the date underneath the message but they do show up in my outbox not in my sent messages

its not in your outbox because you sent it, think of outbox like drafts
its there waiting for you to finish and hit send
